Meet Emily Pearson of Our Mind’s Work

Emily is a mental health pioneer who has spent over 20 years helping people and organisations tackle mental health challenges, improving quality of life for people and significantly improving outcomes for organisations.
She’s worked from an early age to help others, sharing experiences and knowledge gained from her own lived experience and as a result playing a pivotal role in the positions she’s held, often trailblazing mental health policy and practice.
Not satisfied to accept the status quo Emily has developed numerous unique tools and techniques enabling more effective support in the workplace with demonstrable outcomes. She is always careful to balance good mental health and wellbeing with improving workplace best practice to achieve optimal results for both the employee and employer.
The many people and organisations Emily has worked with have sought to harness their amazing human talent by creating environments free from stigma and stress, developing effective workplaces free from psychological damage, that are fun places to be.
